For every custom souvenir ticket purchased, Went donates 10% to a charity that fans can get behind. The charity is noted on the back of each custom souvenir ticket and the product page here on Went.co.

What is Went’s return policy?

Because of the custom nature of Went’s souvenir tickets, Went cannot offer returns or exchanges on items sold. For souvenirs damaged in the mail, please contact us within ten days of receipt. Upload a photograph of your damaged ticket to our contact form. Went responds to emails within five days. 

When will I receive my Went order?

Due to the custom natures of Went’s souvenir tickets. Orders are shipped within 10 to 20 days of being placed. The shipping speed is based on the shipping selection made at checkout.

Can I change the custom message and/or details on my Went souvenir after I've placed my order?

Due to the custom nature of our business, we cannot reprint tickets with inaccuracies in the custom message field. We put safeguards in place during check out which require the customer to preview the ticket and custom message before adding it to the cart. Please be sure to proofread the ticket preview before adding your ticket.
